At Neurology & Movement Center of Texas, we provide thoughtful, personalized neurological care for patients in Katy and surrounding areas, including Cinco Ranch, Cypress, Fulshear, and West Houston.

We evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, tremor, neuropathy, migraines, dystonia, and other neurological disorders. Our goal is simple: to understand what you’re experiencing and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Led by Dr. Ibrahim Noorbhai, a fellowship-trained neurologist, our clinic focuses on accurate diagnosis, individualized care, and using the right tools—whether that means a detailed clinical evaluation or advanced testing when needed.

If you’re experiencing symptoms such as tremor, numbness, nerve pain, headaches, or balance issues, we’re here to help you find answers and a clear path forward.

Our priority is helping you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your initial visit typically includes:

  • A detailed review of your medical history
  • A comprehensive neurological examination
  • Review of prior imaging and test results
  • Clear discussion of diagnosis and treatment options

Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes, depending on complexity. Our goal is accurate diagnosis and thoughtful, individualized care planning.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Please bring:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • A current list of medications
  • Copies of prior MRI, CT, or test reports (if available)
  • Referral documentation (if required by your insurance plan)

Having prior records available allows for a more efficient and accurate evaluation.

We accept most major insurance plans.

If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, please ensure it is submitted prior to your appointment.

Telemedicine Appointments

Select appointments may be conducted via telemedicine when clinically appropriate.

Virtual visits allow patients to receive expert neurological care from home when in-person evaluation is not required.

Referring Providers

We welcome referrals from primary care physicians and specialists.

Structured consultation notes and timely communication are provided to referring providers to ensure coordinated care.
